“Pride of Place” refers to our pride and respect for the role played by the “place” in which our vineyards are grown, the natural characteristics imparted by the vineyard situation, and the influences which our management practices make to the final product. Our carefully selected vineyard sites in Coonawarra and Wrattonbully have clearly identifiable regional characteristics which we showcase in each and every bottle of Hollick Estates wine.

Each wine bottled under the Hollick Estates label represents the history of the site where it was grown. Careful viticultural practises, overseen by Stuart Sharam, are married succinctly with minimalist winemaking techniques by Winemaker Jordan Cory to ensure each bottle retains unique characters from the vineyard where it is sourced.
