Stuart Sharam
Vineyard Manager
Local boy Stuey developed a passion for viticulture early in life whilst working down the road at Rymill in his school holidays. After gaining valuable experience at Redman & Zema Estate, Stuey joined the Hollick Team in 2001.
In his spare time, Stuey pursues his quest to breed the perfect Jack Russell pup and enjoys a spot of fishing. He also boasts an impressive trophy collection which includes the Limestone Coast Wine Show 2004 Arthur Hoffman Trophy for Viticulturist of Best Wine, and the 2014 & 2015 winner & runner-up trophies for the Hamilton Jack Russell Dog Show. -
Christian Fraser
General Manager
With 20 years’ experience in the wine industry ranging from retail, vineyard and restaurant management, winemaking and administration in both Western Australia and the Limestone Coast regions, Christian Fraser is embracing his role at Hollick. When not managing the day to day activities on site, Christian can be seen driving a firetruck for the Country Fire Service.

Hannah Lewis
Restaurant Manager
Hannah grew up in the Limestone Coast region, working in the local cafes and pubs from a young age. Having now been in the industry for 11 years, she has developed a passion for food and the joy it creates. When she isn’t Upstairs, you can find her playing with her two young children Ruby and Blake or enjoying a nice bottle of wine.

Jenn Hubert
Sales Representative
Originally from Canada, Jenn came to Australia as a Nanny and fell in love with not only the country but one of the local boys. Australia captured her heart in more ways than one! When she is not out and about on the road selling Hollick Estates Wines or looking after our Vintage clubs, she can be found out on the farm in Bool Lagoon tending her veggie patch

Trent Nankivell
Winemaker
Having spent much of the last 15 years in the wine industry in different wine regions around Australia learning his trade, it was time for Trent to come back to his family and home base in the Coonawarra Wine Region. He brings to Hollick Estates a wealth of experience from some of the best in the industry.
During the week he can normally be found crafting wines in the winery, but on the weekends he can be found trying his hand at golf and looking after his three young sons.

Justin Williams
Chef
After spending time helping his Grandpa, who was a trained Chef in the Australian Army, Justin followed his dream of becoming a Chef.
Moving to the Coonawarra meant quality time with his family as well as the opportunity to utilize some of the amazing food produce that is grown in the area.
When he's not at work creating in the kitchen you can find him fishing or training his pet lizards.
