Shiraz Viognier is a blend synonomous with the Rhone Valley in France, where the addition of a small percentage of the white variety Viognier, to the red Shiraz grape, makes for more intense colour, flavour and aromatics. The 2009 Hollick Shiraz Viognier has an elegant structure and a rich, soft finish on the palate.
