The Hollick 'across the track' Sauvignon Blanc blend is a refreshing wine made from Coonawarra Sauvignon Blanc and Savagnin, and is ideal for consumption upon release. The name 'across the track' is a modern interpretation of the Hollick Pride of Place ethos, and is exactly where these varieties are planted, across the railway track from the original Hollick vineyard on the Wilgha property. The label depicts Mel and Kate on their bicycles heading across the track to the vineyard to play as children and incorporates a cat, Puss or Tigger, their childhood pets. This wine is an ideal match with seafood, salads or lighter style meals. It is also exceptional just on its own! |
