“Upstairs at Hollick” was the first winery restaurant in the famous Coonawarra wine region. The restaurant was part of a development at Hollick Wines in 2002 that included new bottled wine storage, extensions to the barrel cellar and a new cellar door sales area.
The restaurant features floor to ceiling windows that ensure uninterrupted views over the Hollick “Neilson’s Block” vineyard and beyond to the broader Coonawarra region. Diners also enjoy views into the barrel store where they may catch a glimpse of the winemaker plying his craft.
The Upstairs team present modern Australian cuisine that emphasises the quality of local produce. Daily specials featuring seasonal produce augment the primary menu.

The menu at ‘Upstairs at Hollick’ showcases contemporary Australian cuisine and changes seasonally. Hollick’s talented kitchen team is committed to using locally grown ingredients from both our own Wilgha farm, and other quality Limestone Coast producers wherever possible. All dishes are paired with a suggested Hollick wine match to compliment the dish, or guests can choose from the Hollick Estates collection of wine.
