Upstairs at Hollick is led by Wendy Hollick, who used to be a home economics teacher prior to co-founding Hollick Wines in 1983. The kitchen is committed to using seasonal, locally grown ingredients from both our own Wilgha farm, and other quality Limestone Coast producers wherever possible.
The menu showcases contemporary Australian cuisine and is complemented by our extensive wine list featuring Hollick wines and hand selected classics from Coonawarra, Australia and the world.
The menu is suitable for or can be adapted to a coeliac diet.
