Mount Gambier Graphic Designer Bianca Gillin was awarded the Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival Design Prize, which was announced at Hollick Wines Cellar Door on Saturday 8th May. This was the second year in sucsession that Bianca took out the award. Well known local Callendale artist Hamish McDonald along with Mount Gambier's Natalia Sagirov were both awarded Highly Commended Certificates for their entries.
Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon
It is these uniquely Australian blends of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon that helped make the region famous. The Hollick Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is made in a style that gives early drinkability and medium term cellaring potential.
The Shiraz component is primarily sourced from the Red Ridge vineyard at Wrattonbully.
