Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
Made from Estate grown Sauvignon Blanc (80 to 90%) and Semillon (10 to 20%) this wine is produced with early consumption in mind.
The herbaceous, grassy fruit flavours of Sauvignon Blanc are in complete harmony with the tropical fruit flavours of Semillon, which adds freshness to the wine. It is fermented to dryness, but has intense fruit flavour and a rich full palate.
Serve chilled with antipasto or seafood with an Asian influence.
