Beppi Crosariol Review Global Food & Wine Canada
Hollick Bond Road Chardonnay 2007 is true to the sunny South Australian climate, packed with rich tropical-fruit flavour. It's buttery and toasty, like a wine that's seen its share of oak-barrel aging. But there's an impressive seam of crisp acidity that inspires you to sip it with a meal rather than as one. Speaking of which, it would match well with grilled salmon or lobster.

This is big and bold with a lovely sense of purpose and very good structure. Smoky and oaky on the nose, the palate's treated to a gusher of tropical fruit, ripe apple and poached pear. it's medium-full bodied with a generous texture and an aftertaste that's crisp, balanced and lengthy. All in all, it's worth every penny.
Wine Pointer Newsletter Review By Rod Phillips
This is a big, juicy chardonnay that shows concentrated flavours well harnessed to a broad seam of vibrant acidity. The combination is compelling.
