On the 21st and 22nd of May Hollick Wines Vintages Club members converged on our Coonawarra winery for our Vintages Club Weekend. A fun, interactive and hands on cooking class with Head Chef Tim Foster kicked off the weekend, followed by a tour of Hollick's Coonawarra and Wrattonbully vineyards. On Saturday night guests were joined by the Hollick family for the 2006 Icon wines launch dinner with a fabulous 5-course feast. The weekend concluded with a Brunch on Sunday morning before being guided through an educational barrel tasting with Winemaker Matt Caldersmith. The weekend was a huge success and many are looking forward to similar events in the future.
