On Saturday February 13th the Hollick Wines and Upstairs at Hollick team travelled to Naracoorte to be a part of the Taste the Limestone Coast Festival. In keeping with the “Italian Way” theme of the festival we showcased a range of our alternative wine varieties including the 2006 Hollick ‘Hollaia’ Sangiovese Cabernet Sauvignon and 2008 Barbera. These wines were complemented by some Italian inspired tasting plates and lasagne prepared by the Upstairs team. The day was a great success and we hope to see everyone again next year.
