Join the Hollick team to celebrate the longevity of blended Coonawarra wines.  The Hollick family will raid the cellar to show the cellaring potential of their key blended wines.  A 2 or 3 course menu will be matched with back vintages and current release wines form the Hollick blends range of wines in their multi-award winning restaurant, Upstairs at Hollick.

        Each course will be accompanied by a specially matched 1/2 glass of Hollick Blends range of wines.
