Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon for President

Hollick Wines are ecstatic to announce that President Barack Obama, Prime Minister Julia Gillard and around 600 other dignitaries enjoyed the Hollick 2009 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon with their specially prepared meal in the Great Hall at Canberra's Parliament House on Wednesday evening.

The wine went through a vigorous selection process to ensure it matched the lamb with macadamia and thyme crust, avocado cream and blood orange and herb salad that the US President, Australian Prime Minister and other politicians, business and community leaders were served.
