Lamb it up with Sparkling Red in Hand
Jon Helmer from Corks Crew Cellars recently suggested that everyone should enjoy Sparkling Red with their lamb on Australia day. He suggested the 2008 Hollick Sparkling Merlot was an ideal way to start the day. "Drop dead delicious with fresh, ripe, plump, plumb/berry fruits to the fore and a smooth flavoursome finish."
