Family

Hollick Wines was established in 1983 by Ian and Wendy Hollick and is currently going through a transition; from entrepreneurial founders Ian and Wendy, to passionate daughters Mel and Kate who both started with the business in 2006. All 4 members of the Hollick family remain involved in the business in a hands on capacity, with Mel looking after Sales and Marketing, and Kate as Administration Manager.

The family is passionate about good times and great food, and offers enjoyable, food-friendly wine - perfect for now or cellaring for the future. Our vision is to share our wines and philosophy with as many likeminded people as possible, and we are committed to ensuring that we leave our 'place' and environment in as good or better condition as when we started.
