Cellar Door

The Hollick family welcomes visitors to its modern cellar door facility. The complex incorporates a restaurant, "Upstairs at Hollick", the only winery restaurant in the Limestone Coast. The building features local limestone and red gum and floor to ceiling windows allow views into the barrel shed.

An extensive selection of Hollick wines are available for tasting at all
times including wines that are only available at the cellar door such as
the Wrattonbully Tempranillo and Pinot Noir.

As well as the outstanding wines on offer, visitors can purchase 'Upstairs' produce, such as Balsamic Glaze and Chardonnay Lees Mustard which have been prepared by the chefs. A range of Riedel glassware is also available.

The cellar door is open from 9am to 5pm every day of the year except Good Friday and Christmas Day. Winery tours can be organised in advance and bus tours can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
