Cellar Door
The Hollick family welcomes visitors to its modern cellar door facility. The complex incorporates a restaurant, 'Upstairs at Hollick', the first winery restaurant in the Limestone Coast. The building features local limestone and red gum. Floor to ceiling windows allow views into the barrel shed, and out across the Neilson's Block vineyard, a terra rossa soil profile, and the greater Coonawarra region.
An extensive selection of Hollick wines are available for tasting at all times including wines that are only available at the cellar door such as the Frizzanté and Pinot Noir.
As well as the outstanding wines on offer, visitors can purchase 'Upstairs' produce. A range of Riedel glassware is also available, along with some other wine related articles.
Winery tours can be organised in advance and bus tours can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Beginning in the vineyard, we will show you the production cycle from the growth of the vine, through the winemaking process of the final product served in our modern restaurant with a 2 course meal with a matching wine.
